Raivol provides the following tourism services:
- Booking and organizing tours

- Hotel and accommodation bookings

2. Booking Terms
When making a booking with us:
- You must provide accurate and correct information
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You are responsible for your account security
- All bookings are final and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
3. Prices and Payment
Regarding prices and payment:
- All prices are listed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD)
- Prices may include additional taxes and fees
- Payment must be made before service commences
- We accept credit cards and bank transfers
- Cancellation fees may apply in case of cancellation
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our cancellation and refund policy:
- Cancellation 14+ days before: 100% refund
- Cancellation 7-14 days before: 50% refund
- Cancellation 3-7 days before: 25% refund
- Cancellation within 2 days: No refund
- Special cases may be subject to discussion
5. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you are responsible for:
- Complying with all local and international laws
- Providing valid travel documents (passport, visas, etc.)
- Informing us of any special needs or health restrictions
- Complying with scheduled meeting times and locations
- Not attending under the influence of alcohol or drugs

- Providing qualified and licensed tour guides
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and health
- Providing 24/7 customer service
7. Risk Assumption and Liability
By agreeing to these terms, you understand and accept:
- Travel and tourism inherently involve risks
- Delays or cancellations may occur due to factors beyond our control
- You are responsible for insuring yourself against accidents and injuries
- Raivol is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings
8. Service Modifications
Raivol reserves the right to:
- Modify or cancel services with short notice
- Change tour routes for safety or weather reasons
- Replace tour guides or vehicles with similar alternatives
- Modify prices with 30 days notice
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Jordanian law. In case of dispute:
- We attempt to resolve disputes amicably first
- If negotiations fail, Jordanian courts have jurisdiction
- You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of Jordanian courts
10. Terms Modification
Raivol may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or on the website. Your continued use of the service means you accept the modified terms.
